科罗拉多州精酿啤酒公司奥德尔酿酒公司11月4日宣布，旗下所有酒馆已扩大饮品服务，顾客可以在一张账单上同时点啤酒、葡萄酒、苹果酒和其他饮品，并在室内一同享用。这一变化源于公司新获得的酿酒酒吧执照，丹佛的两家酒馆首次提供葡萄酒服务。
根据公司公告，奥德尔的城市酒庄品牌“OBC葡萄酒计划”此前仅在柯林斯堡总店旁经营，如今首次进入丹佛市场。丹佛五点酿酒屋和斯隆湖酿酒屋兼披萨厨房的顾客，现在可以在点精酿啤酒的同时点葡萄酒、苹果酒和气泡饮品。
公司还表示，斯隆湖店制作的披萨面团现被用于制作椒盐卷饼和意大利卷饼，供应给柯林斯堡总店和五点店。奥德尔酿酒公司由道格·奥德尔、妻子温妮及其姐妹科基创立于1989年，现已成为科罗拉多州最知名的精酿品牌之一，在柯林斯堡和丹佛均设有门店。
此次服务调整被视为该公司城市酒庄业务扩张的一步。公司方面表示，新的执照安排让顾客在酒馆内用餐时不必分开结账，提升了就餐便利性。

Odell Brewing Says Denver Taprooms Can Now Put Beer and Wine on One Check
Colorado craft brewer Odell Brewing Co. announced on November 4 that it has expanded beverage service across its taprooms, allowing customers to buy beer, wine, cider and other drinks on a single check and enjoy them together indoors. The change follows a new brewpub license, and wine service reaches Odell's Denver taprooms for the first time.
The company's urban winery brand, The OBC Wine Project, previously operated only next to its Fort Collins flagship and now enters Denver. Guests at the Five Points Brewhouse and Sloan's Lake Brewhouse and Pizza Kitchen in Denver can order wines, ciders and spritzes alongside Odell's beers.
Odell was founded in 1989 by Doug Odell, his wife Wynne and his sister Corkie, and has grown into one of Colorado's best-known craft brands, with locations in Fort Collins and Denver.
