乌拉圭：联合国全球契约在蒙得维的亚召开第二届拉美领袖论坛 推出首席执行官领衔的企业领袖联盟
联合国全球契约组织在乌拉圭蒙得维的亚召开第二届拉丁美洲和加勒比地区领袖论坛，来自企业、政府、金融界、联合国系统与学界的300多名领袖与会，主题为「从雄心到行动：拉丁美洲和加勒比地区引领全球可持续解决方案」。论坛承接2024年在巴拉圭举行的首届地区聚会，由全球契约组织连同其在阿根廷、巴西、玻利维亚、智利、哥伦比亚、加勒比、危地马拉、墨西哥、巴拉圭、秘鲁与乌拉圭的11个国家网络及厄瓜多尔团队共同召集。
论坛的一项里程碑成果，是推出拉丁美洲企业领袖联盟（LBLC）：一个由首席执行官领衔的地区平台，汇集一批领先企业高管，应对共同挑战、推进地区竞争力与繁荣，并放大拉美私营部门在全球舞台上的声音。该联盟由联合国全球契约组织召集，波士顿咨询公司提供支持，于11月3日在蒙得维的亚正式推出。
联合国助理秘书长兼全球契约组织执行主任 Sanda Ojiambo 与地区企业领袖及高级代表一同出席论坛。全球契约组织是联合国发起的企业可持续发展倡议，本届论坛意在为地区对话、跨境协作与应对地区紧迫挑战的务实方案提供平台。

Uruguay: UN Global Compact Convenes Second Latin America Leaders Forum in Montevideo and Launches CEO-Led Business Leaders Coalition
The United Nations Global Compact convened its second Latin America and the Caribbean Leaders Forum in Montevideo, Uruguay, bringing together more than 300 leaders from business, government, finance, the United Nations and academia under the theme "From Ambition to Action: Latin America and the Caribbean Leading Global Sustainable Solutions". The forum builds on the inaugural regional gathering held in Paraguay in 2024, and was convened together with the Global Compact's eleven country networks in the region, in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, the Caribbean, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay, and its team in Ecuador.
As a key milestone of the forum, the Global Compact announced the launch of the Latin America Business Leaders Coalition (LBLC), a new CEO-led regional platform bringing together a select group of leading business executives to address shared challenges, advance regional competitiveness and prosperity, and amplify Latin America's private sector voice on the global stage. The coalition is convened by the UN Global Compact with support from Boston Consulting Group and was launched in Montevideo on November 3, 2026.
UN Assistant Secretary-General and Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Sanda Ojiambo joined regional business leaders and senior representatives at the forum. The Global Compact is the UN's corporate sustainability initiative, and the forum provides a platform for regional dialogue, cross-border collaboration and practical solutions to pressing challenges facing businesses and societies across Latin America and the Caribbean.
