欧盟外交负责人卡拉斯11月4日至6日访问里斯本：将晤葡萄牙防长与外长 并访问欧洲海事安全局
欧盟对外行动署11月4日发布媒体通告：欧盟外交与安全政策高级代表兼欧盟委员会副主席卡拉斯（Kaja Kallas）于11月4日至6日对葡萄牙里斯本进行正式访问。
通告说，卡拉斯将于周四（11月5日）与葡萄牙国防部长 Nuno Melo 举行双边会晤；她还将与葡萄牙国务兼外交部长 Paulo Rangel 会晤，其后于当地时间约19时举行联合记者会。
访问期间，卡拉斯还将到访总部位于里斯本的欧洲海事安全局（EMSA），与该局执行局长 Maja Markovčić Kostelac 会面。欧盟对外行动署表示，此行各项活动的视听报道将由欧洲广播服务（EBS）与 X 平台提供。

EU Foreign Policy Chief Kallas Visits Lisbon November 4-6: To Meet Portugal's Defence and Foreign Ministers and Visit the European Maritime Safety Agency
The European External Action Service (EEAS) issued a media advisory on November 4 stating that High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas will be on an official visit to Lisbon, Portugal, on November 4-6.
According to the advisory, on Thursday (November 5) Kallas will hold a bilateral meeting with the Portuguese Minister of National Defence, Nuno Melo. She will also meet with the Portuguese Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, followed by a joint press conference at around 19:00 local time.
During the visit, Kallas will also visit the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), which is headquartered in Lisbon, where she will meet with EMSA Executive Director Maja Markovčić Kostelac. Audiovisual coverage of the High Representative's engagements will be provided on EBS and X, the EEAS said.
