中国外交部回应中美俄元首APEC会晤安排：称就此与相关方保持着沟通
中国北京——中国外交部发言人毛宁11月4日在例行记者会上回应有关中美俄元首会晤的提问时表示，中方就中俄美元首会晤同相关方保持着沟通。
法新社记者在记者会上提问称，据英国《金融时报》报道，北京、莫斯科与华盛顿正致力于安排中俄美元首在深圳 APEC 会议期间会晤，请中方证实并说明是否有举行三方会晤的计划。毛宁作上述回应，未提供更多细节。
据埃菲社等媒体报道，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫11月3日表示，安排这场会晤的工作正在进行，希望未来几天能敲定；他还说，俄罗斯总统普京与中国国家主席习近平预计11月18日在深圳 APEC 峰会期间会面。特朗普此前表示愿参加三方会晤，并称其主要议题将是与俄罗斯和中国签署新的核裁军条约。
APEC 会议定于11月18日至19日在中国深圳举行。若三方会晤成行，将是中国、俄罗斯与美国元首首次在同一场合举行三方会面；目前三方均未正式确认会晤安排。
China Foreign Ministry on a Possible China-Russia-US Leaders Meeting at APEC: In Communication With Relevant Parties
Beijing, China — Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a regular press briefing on November 4 that China is in communication with relevant parties regarding a meeting between the heads of state of China, Russia and the United States.
An AFP reporter had asked about a Financial Times report that Beijing, Moscow and Washington are working to arrange a meeting of the three countries' leaders during the APEC meeting in Shenzhen, and asked China to confirm whether a trilateral meeting is planned. Mao Ning gave the response above and offered no further details.
According to EFE and other outlets, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 3 that work to arrange such a meeting is under way and that he hopes it will be finalised in the coming days; he also said Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping are expected to meet in Shenzhen on November 18 during the APEC summit. President Donald Trump has said he is willing to take part in a trilateral meeting and that his main topic would be a new nuclear disarmament treaty with Russia and China.
The APEC meeting is scheduled for November 18-19 in Shenzhen, China. If held, the trilateral meeting would be the first of its kind among the three leaders; none of the three sides has formally confirmed the arrangement.
