美国9月职位空缺750万个基本不变：主动辞职人数升至340万
美国劳工统计局（BLS）11月3日发布职位空缺与劳动力流动调查（JOLTS）报告：2026年9月全美职位空缺数量基本不变，为750万个。
报告显示，9月新招聘人数为540万、总离职人数为530万，两项均变化不大。总离职中，主动辞职（quits）人数增加至340万；裁员与解雇人数为160万，基本不变。
JOLTS是衡量美国劳动力市场供需的重要月度指标，职位空缺与辞职人数的变化常被用来观察企业招聘需求与雇员对就业市场的信心。本次发布的完整报告已刊于劳工统计局官网。

U.S. Job Openings Little Changed at 7.5 Million in September: Quits Rise to 3.4 Million
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) report on November 3, showing that the number of job openings was little changed at 7.5 million in September 2026.
Hires and total separations were also little changed, at 5.4 million and 5.3 million, respectively. Within separations, quits increased to 3.4 million, while layoffs and discharges were little changed at 1.6 million.
The JOLTS report is a closely watched monthly gauge of labor market demand and worker confidence. The full September release is posted on the BLS website.
