BLM Issues Decision on Storm-Damaged Road Repairs at Seven Sites in Two Oregon Counties, Appeal Period Ends December 2
The Bureau of Land Management's Coos Bay District issued a Decision Record on November 2 to repair storm-damaged roads and fill-slope failures at seven locations in Coos and Douglas counties, Oregon. The work addresses storm damage and slope failures in order to restore access and safe conditions on the affected roads.
The decision rests on the Storm Damage Road Repairs Categorical Exclusion, document number DOI-BLM-ORWA-C000-2027-0001-CE; both the Categorical Exclusion and the Decision Record are available on the BLM's ePlanning website. The decision's 30-day appeal period begins November 2, 2026, and ends at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on December 2, 2026.
