俄克拉何马230多项新法生效：全面禁止18岁以下结婚，医用大麻规则同步收紧

同日生效的还有：家暴案件中检察官可引入被告既往家暴行为作为证据等新工具、部分已服满刑期的重罪者恢复选民登记资格、冷案家属可书面申请执法机构复核案件等规定。新法生效日距11月3日选举日仅两天。

More Than 230 New Oklahoma Laws Take Effect: Marriage Under 18 Banned With No Exceptions as Medical Marijuana Rules Tighten
More than 230 new Oklahoma laws took effect statewide on Sunday, November 1, the default start date for bills passed without an emergency clause. The biggest change ends child marriage: Senate Bill 504 requires both parties to be at least 18 and removes every previous exception. Under the old law, 16- and 17-year-olds could marry with parental consent and younger children could marry with a judge's permission in limited cases; parental consent, pregnancy and court approval no longer qualify. Governor Kevin Stitt let the bill become law without his signature, making Oklahoma at least the 17th state to ban child marriage.
Three medical marijuana laws also took effect. House Bill 3127 rewrites workplace drug testing rules, putting some jobs under zero-tolerance policies and requiring employers to keep a written testing policy. House Bill 4454 requires edible and drink packaging to state clearly how many THC servings are in a package and how much THC is in each serving; from November 1, products that do not meet the rules cannot be transferred to dispensaries. Senate Bill 1257 changes how THC is listed in state controlled-substance law; patient licenses themselves are unaffected.
Other changes taking effect the same day give prosecutors new tools in domestic violence cases, restore voter registration for some people with felony convictions who have completed their sentences, and let families of cold-case victims request a law-enforcement review in writing. The effective date falls two days before the November 3 election.
