新泽西州ANCHOR地产税减免申请11月2日截止：房主与租客可获500至1750美元
新泽西州全州，11月2日星期一是新泽西州 ANCHOR 福利计划2026年度申请的最后一天。ANCHOR 即“可负担新泽西社区房主与租客计划”，是州政府为本州居民提供的地产税减免项目，面向以新泽西州房产为主要住所、并符合收入上限的房主与租客。
本年度的 ANCHOR 福利按2025年的居住情况、收入与年龄核定，减免金额在500美元至1750美元之间，具体取决于申请人的身份类别与收入水平。
符合条件的居民可凭 ANCHOR 编号与个人密码在线提交申请；没有编号或未收到福利信函的居民，须改用 ID.me 系统核验身份。未收到邮寄申请表的居民可拨打新泽西州税务局老年人冻结地产税报销信息热线 800-882-6597 咨询。ANCHOR 计划每年开放申请，上一年度已有大批房主与租客通过该计划获得减免。

New Jersey ANCHOR Applications Close November 2: Homeowners and Renters Can Get $500 to $1,750 in Property Tax Relief
Across New Jersey, Monday, November 2, is the last day to apply for the 2026 ANCHOR benefit. ANCHOR, the Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters program, is the state's property tax relief program for residents who own or rent a home in New Jersey as their main residence and meet income limits.
This year's benefit is based on residency, income and age from 2025, with payments ranging from $500 to $1,750 depending on the applicant's category and income.
Eligible residents can still apply online with their ANCHOR ID and PIN; residents without that information, or who did not receive the benefit letter, must verify their identity through ID.me. Residents who did not receive an application by mail can call the New Jersey Division of Taxation's Senior Freeze Property Tax Reimbursement Information Line at 800-882-6597. ANCHOR opens for applications every year, and large numbers of homeowners and renters received relief through it last year.
