中国新任驻马来西亚大使姚文抵任：提出推进马中合作四项重点
中国新任驻马来西亚大使姚文10月31日晚抵达马来西亚雪邦的吉隆坡国际机场（KLIA），正式接替欧阳予静出任中国驻马来西亚大使。据马新社（Bernama）11月1日报道，53岁的姚文乘中国国际航空航班自北京抵达，由马来西亚外交部礼宾与领事司代表迎接。联合日报称，姚文是第17任中国驻马来西亚大使。
姚文抵达时发表书面讲话，提出任内四项重点工作。第一，深化政治互信、巩固传统友谊。他说，中国正以中国式现代化推进民族复兴，马来西亚也在「昌明马来西亚」（Malaysia Madani）愿景下推进战略发展，两国可相互支持彼此的现代化努力，深化战略互信，确保高层级战略命运共同体稳步长远发展。
第二，推动经贸合作。他说，两国应高质量共建「一带一路」，加强基础设施、贸易等传统领域合作，同时在超级智能（SI）与半导体等新兴领域打造新的合作亮点，为两国人民带来更多实实在在的利益。
第三，扩大人文交流。姚文表示，两国人民的密切往来是双边关系良好的基础，双方应利用互免签证政策与「2026马来西亚旅游年」的机会，加强教育、文化、医疗、旅游与地方层面的交流合作。他还表示，希望儒家与伊斯兰文明对话成功举办，进一步增进相互理解、拉近两国人民距离。对长期参与马中民间往来的马来西亚华人社会而言，教育与文化交流正是其中最日常的一环。
第四，加强多边协作。姚文说，中马应共同维护以联合国为核心的国际体系，主张国际公平正义，放大全球南方在全球治理中的声音。他表示，自己将承继历任大使打下的基础，与马来西亚各界人士携手，深化全方位合作、增进两国长久友谊。（来源：GSM·美国）
New Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen Arrives in Malaysia: Four Priorities to Deepen Bilateral Ties
China's newly appointed ambassador to Malaysia, Yao Wen, arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang on the night of October 31 to take up his post, succeeding Ouyang Yujing, Bernama reported on November 1. Yao, 53, arrived from Beijing on an Air China flight and was received by representatives of the Malaysian Foreign Ministry's Protocol and Consular Department. He is China's 17th ambassador to Malaysia.
In a written address on arrival, Yao set out four key priorities. First, strengthening political mutual trust and consolidating the longstanding friendship. He said China was advancing national rejuvenation through Chinese modernisation while Malaysia was making strategic progress under the Malaysia Madani vision, and that the two countries were well positioned to support each other's modernisation efforts and ensure the steady, long-term development of their high-level strategic community with a shared future.
Second, economic cooperation. He said both countries should advance high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, strengthening traditional sectors such as infrastructure and trade while exploring new opportunities in super intelligence (SI) and semiconductors, bringing more tangible benefits to people in both countries.
Third, deeper people-to-people exchanges. Yao described close ties between the two peoples as the foundation of sound bilateral relations, and said both sides should leverage their mutual visa-free policy and Visit Malaysia Year 2026 to strengthen cooperation in education, culture, healthcare, tourism and exchanges at the sub-national level. He also expressed hope for the successful hosting of the Confucian-Islamic Civilisational Dialogues. For Malaysia's Chinese community, long active in Malaysia-China exchanges, education and culture are among the most everyday parts of those ties.
Fourth, stronger multilateral coordination. Yao said China and Malaysia must together uphold the international system with the United Nations at its core, champion international fairness and justice, and amplify the voice of the Global South. He said he was committed to building on the legacy of his predecessors and working closely with Malaysians from all walks of life to deepen comprehensive cooperation. (Source: GSM·USA)
