龟湾万圣节冲浪赛在卡胡库举行：服装创意与冲浪表现同等重要、为卡胡库高中冲浪队筹款
夏威夷州檀香山市县卡胡库市消息：据檀香山地区周末指南，龟湾万圣节冲浪赛于10月31日下午1时至7时在卡胡库龟湾举行。这是一场冲浪比赛，参赛者的创意与服装与冲浪表现同样重要，参赛者可以划桨出海参赛，也可以在岸边观看比赛，现场还有面部彩绘和DJ音乐，伴随日落进行。
活动地点为卡胡库卡美哈美哈公路57-091号丽思卡尔顿瓦胡岛龟湾度假村一带，活动收益将用于支持卡胡库高中冲浪队。

Turtle Bay Halloween Surf-Off in Kahuku Rates Costumes as Highly as Surfing
Kahuku, Honolulu, Hawaii — The Turtle Bay Halloween Surf-Off was held on October 31 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Turtle Bay in Kahuku, according to a Honolulu weekend guide. It is a surf contest where creativity and costume count just as much as surfing ability; participants can paddle out to compete or watch from shore, with face painting and DJ music running alongside the sunset session.
The event took place around The Ritz-Carlton Oahu, Turtle Bay, at 57-091 Kamehameha Highway in Kahuku, and proceeds support the Kahuku High School surf team.
The surf-off pairs the Halloween costume tradition with Hawaii's surf culture and is among the North Shore's most local Halloween weekend events.
