行为健康综合计划更新公开征询意见：新增两处住房共九十八套，意见期至十一月九日
加利福尼亚州圣贝纳迪诺县行为健康局宣布，该县《行为健康服务法》（BHSA）综合计划的一项间期更新已进入公众意见征询期，意见征集截止到11月9日。这份综合计划覆盖2026年7月1日至2029年6月30日的计划期，是全县行为健康服务与住房项目的总蓝图。

Comment Period Opens on Behavioral Health Plan Update Adding 98 Housing Units
The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health, in California, has opened a public comment period, running through November 9, 2026, on an intermittent update to the county's Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Integrated Plan, the blueprint for behavioral health services and housing programs covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
The update has three main parts: it adds two housing projects totaling 98 units, realigns several programs, and updates funding allocations. The county said the interim update keeps the plan in step with actual needs and steers behavioral health funding toward housing and front-line services.
The draft update and comment forms are posted on the Department of Behavioral Health website in English and Spanish, at wp.sbcounty.gov/dbh/programs/bhsa/. The county is encouraging clients, family members, community organizations and residents to comment before the deadline, and said it will finalize the update after reviewing the public input.
