位于美国加利福尼亚州河滨县的 Murrieta 市发布公开听证通知：市议会将于2026年11月17日（周二）下午4时在市政厅（1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562）举行公开听证，审议放弃第28280号地块测绘图（Parcel Map 28280）中 A 地块的事项。
该地块被称为「三角地」（the Triangle），由 Murrieta Hot Springs 路、15号州际公路与215号州际公路围合。市府拟通过决议，依加州《街道与公路法》第8300条起的相关规定办理放弃手续，并授权市经理签署所需文件；各公用事业单位已获通知，其中南加州爱迪生公司（SCE）提出保留一项地役权。

Murrieta City Council to Hold Public Hearing on November 17 on Abandoning the Triangle Lot
The City of Murrieta, in Riverside County, California, has issued a public hearing notice: the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, to consider the abandonment of Lot A of Parcel Map 28280.
The lot, known as the Triangle, is bounded by Murrieta Hot Springs Road, Interstate 15 and Interstate 215. The city proposes to adopt a resolution under Sections 8300 et seq. of the California Streets and Highways Code to carry out the abandonment and authorize the City Manager to execute the required documents. Utilities have been notified, and Southern California Edison (SCE) has requested the reservation of an easement.
Any interested person may submit written comments to the City Council before the hearing or appear and be heard at the hearing. Written comments may be sent to the City Clerk at 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, emailed to [email protected], or submitted at the hearing. Anyone requiring accommodation to attend or participate may contact the City Clerk Department at (951) 461-6030 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
The notice was signed by City Clerk Cristal McDonald on October 27 and is scheduled for publication on November 2 and November 9.
