In Washington, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Office of Intergovernmental Affairs has posted the recording of its October 2026 quarterly webinar to the FCC's official video channel on October 30. The webinar was held on October 15 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and runs about 48 minutes.
