In the case of a new distribution substation and the relocation of two distribution lines in Missouri's Iron County, the Missouri Public Service Commission on October 29 set the intervention application deadline as November 17, 2026. The case was filed by Union Electric Company, doing business as Ameren Missouri, seeking a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to build the new substation and relocate the two distribution lines.
