Audi has pushed the U.S. to cut the 15% tariffs it pays on imports from the European Union to 7.5%, while the U.S. Department of Commerce is expected to agree to around 10%. Audi Chief Executive Gernot Doellner stood alongside Trump at a campaign rally in Georgia on Sunday, where Trump said the automaker planned to build a plant producing 200,000 sport utility vehicles annually.
