怀俄明州州长 Gordon 任命 Lisa Finkey 为第六司法区巡回法官：2027年1月3日接替退休的 Phillips 法官
怀俄明州拉勒米县 Cheyenne 市消息：怀俄明州州长 Mark Gordon 10月29日宣布，任命 Lisa Finkey 为怀俄明州第六司法区巡回法院法官。
Finkey 将于2027年1月3日正式就任，接替退休的 Phillips 法官留下的席位空缺。巡回法院是怀俄明州的初审法院，负责审理辖区内的民事与刑事案件；此次任命填补的正是 Phillips 法官退休后出缺的第六司法区法官席位。
法官任命是怀俄明州州长的重要人事职权之一。州长办公室此次公布任命后，Finkey 将按计划于2027年1月3日履职，第六司法区的审判工作将由新任法官接续。
Wyoming Governor Gordon Appoints Lisa Finkey as Sixth Judicial District Circuit Court Judge, Effective January 3, 2027
Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming: Governor Mark Gordon announced on October 29 that he has appointed Lisa Finkey to serve as a Circuit Court Judge for Wyoming's Sixth Judicial District.
Finkey will take office on January 3, 2027, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Phillips. Wyoming's circuit courts are trial courts handling civil and criminal matters within their districts, and the Sixth Judicial District seat became open upon Judge Phillips's retirement.
Judicial appointments are among the Wyoming governor's key personnel authorities. With the appointment now announced by the Governor's office, Finkey is scheduled to begin her service on January 3, 2027.
