Iowa Governor Reynolds Issues Proclamation Easing Access to Transportation Fuels Through November 28
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds issued a proclamation in Des Moines on October 29, 2026, to ease restrictions for the transportation of and access to motor fuels. The proclamation takes effect immediately and continues through 11:59 p.m. on November 28, 2026. It suspends the regulatory provisions of Iowa Code pertaining to hours of service for crews and drivers hauling motor fuels.
