Justice Department Announces New Director of the U.S. Trustee Program: Stephen V. Falanga Takes Post November 2
The Department of Justice announced on October 29 that Attorney General Todd Blanche has selected Stephen V. Falanga to serve as Director of the U.S. Trustee Program (USTP), effective November 2. The U.S. Trustee Program is the component of the Department of Justice responsible for overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees in the United States.
