肯塔基州137个人口普查区获「机会区2.0」认定：覆盖76个县，2027年1月1日生效
肯塔基州州长 Andy Beshear 10月29日宣布，全州76个县的137个人口普查区已获批「机会区2.0」（Opportunity Zone 2.0）认定，他提交的推荐名单全部获得批准，新认定将于2027年1月1日生效。
州长办公室表示，获批片区分布在全州各地，城乡兼有，其中 Jefferson County 最多、达18个。机会区计划通过税收激励引导私人投资进入长期被忽视的社区，以带动经济发展与就业。
137 Census Tracts Across 76 Kentucky Counties Approved for Opportunity Zone 2.0 Designation, Effective January 1, 2027
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced on October 29 that 137 census tracts across 76 Kentucky counties have been approved for Opportunity Zone (OZ) 2.0 designation, with all of the tracts he recommended receiving approval.
The tracts are spread across the commonwealth in both rural and urban locations; Jefferson County has the most, with 18. The OZ program uses tax incentives to spur long-term economic development and job creation in overlooked communities, the governor's office said. The approved 2.0 tracts become active on January 1, 2027.
