纽约OneKey MLS加入CRMLS诉讼 与Compass的房源合作规则之争升级

New York's OneKey MLS Joins CRMLS Lawsuit Against Compass as the Listing-Rules Fight Escalates
NEW YORK — OneKey MLS, the listing service for the New York region, announced on October 27 that it has joined the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) as a co-plaintiff in its federal lawsuit against brokerage giant Compass in the Southern District of New York. The two organizations are asking the court to declare that rules designed to ensure the sharing of publicly marketed listings are lawful and pro-competitive.
At the heart of the case is Compass's multi-stage marketing strategy, which lets listings circulate inside the company's own network before they reach the shared platform. Multiple listing services, enforcing "clear cooperation" rules, require listings to be submitted to the shared marketplace within one business day of public marketing and fine agents who do not comply. Compass had sent demand letters to several MLSs; CRMLS sued first, in early October, and Compass countersued CRMLS in California under federal antitrust law, saying it would cover fines for its own agents. Compass has also said it will move to dismiss the New York case.
OneKey MLS serves more than 40,000 real estate professionals across Long Island, the Hudson Valley and New York City. It argues that withholding inventory for preferred brokers and buyers harms consumers, restricts buyer access and undermines fair housing goals. In a parallel case, six other MLSs have jointly sued Compass, with Silicon Valley's MLSListings joining later, bringing the plaintiff camp to nine MLSs across the two actions. The ruling could shape listing-cooperation rules nationwide.
