新墨西哥州圣达菲县洪灾受损企业再获报税宽限:相关税款延至2027年1月25日且免罚息
新墨西哥州圣达菲县圣达菲市的州税务与税收部10月28日宣布,再次为受洪灾影响的企业提供报税与缴税宽限。
这次宽限是在此前已批准的宽限之外追加的,两批宽限均免除罚金和利息。税务与税收部部长斯蒂芬妮·沙丁·克拉克表示,经历破坏性洪灾后,许多居民可能无法使用报税所需的记录和系统,宽限的目的是让受灾纳税人获得喘息时间、专注于恢复。
受洪灾影响的纳税人可为以下税种申请宽限:总收入税、补偿税、预扣税、石油天然气税、综合燃油税及其他消费税。新的截止日期为2027年1月25日,原定截止日期分别为2026年10月26日、11月25日和12月28日。
纳税人可提交 TRD-41432 号灾难救济宽限通知表,通过电子邮件或邮寄向税务与税收部申请,也可在收到迟缴罚金通知后申请;如需更长期限,可提交 RPD-41096 号延期申请表。表格见州税务局官网「表格与出版物」栏目。

New Mexico Grants Additional Tax Extensions to Flood-Harmed Businesses: Deadlines Moved to Jan. 25, 2027, With Penalty and Interest Waived
The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department in Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, announced on Oct. 28 that it is again granting filing and payment extensions to businesses harmed by flooding.
The new extensions come on top of relief the department had already approved, and both rounds waive penalty and interest. Taxation and Revenue Secretary Stephanie Schardin Clarke said New Mexicans rebuilding after devastating floods may not have access to the records and systems needed to pay and file their taxes, and that the extension gives affected taxpayers a grace period so they can focus on recovering.
Taxpayers harmed by the flooding may request extensions for the following tax programs: gross receipts tax, compensating tax, withholding taxes, oil and gas taxes, combined fuel tax and other excise taxes. The new due date is January 25, 2027; the original due dates were October 26, November 25 and December 28, 2026.
Taxpayers may request an extension by submitting Form TRD-41432, Disaster Relief Extension Notification, to the department by email or mail, either before filing or after receiving a notice for late-payment penalties and interest. Those seeking a longer extension may submit Form RPD-41096, Application for Extension of Time to File. Both forms are available on the department's website under Forms and Publications.
