丰田召回228367辆Sienna混合动力车：第二排座椅靠背碰撞中可能松脱，经销商免费更新软件或更换座椅靠背
华盛顿——据国家公路交通安全管理局（NHTSA）10月27日公布的信息，丰田汽车在美国召回228,367辆车，涉及部分2022至2026年款Toyota Sienna Hybrid七座车型，原因是第二排座椅靠背在碰撞中可能无法保持锁定。
NHTSA表示，在特定的正面碰撞中，冲击力可能使座椅靠背脱离锁定位置，无法正常约束乘员，从而增加受伤风险。此次召回针对这一隐患作出处理，车主无需付费。
修复办法按车辆配置而定：经销商将为涉事车辆更新辅助约束系统（SRS）电子控制单元软件；配备「Mobility as a Service」（MaaS）套装的车辆，经销商将更换两个第二排座椅靠背。全部维修免费。

Toyota Recalls 228,367 Sienna Hybrid Vehicles: Second-Row Seat Backs May Not Stay Secured in a Crash, Free Dealer Fix
Washington, D.C. — Toyota is recalling 228,367 vehicles in the United States because second-row seat backs may fail to stay secured in a crash, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said on October 27. The recall covers certain 2022-2026 Toyota Sienna Hybrid seven-passenger vehicles.
NHTSA said that in certain frontal crashes, the force could disengage the seat back from its locked position, failing to properly restrain occupants and increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy depends on the vehicle's configuration and is free of charge: dealers will update the supplemental restraint system (SRS) electronic control unit software, and for vehicles equipped with the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) package, dealers will replace the two second-row seat backs.
Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on December 7, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331; Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26TB24 and 26TA24. Owners may also contact the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 or check NHTSA's website to see whether their vehicle is included.
