安吉利斯学院升格为安吉利斯大学：主校区迁至格伦代尔，工业市分校继续办学
格伦代尔消息：据 EIN Presswire 10 月 26 日报道，南加州私立护理与商科院校安吉利斯学院（Angeles College）已获得大学地位，更名为安吉利斯大学（Angeles University），并把主校区从洛杉矶迁至格伦代尔；位于工业市的分校继续办学。
安吉利斯大学由约翰·克劳斯于 2004 年创办，前身为安吉利斯护理学院，旨在满足对合格医疗专业人员的需求；学校于 2005 年获得加州私立高等教育局批准办学。学校开设的专业包括职业护理、护理助理、医疗助理、护理学学士（BSN）、注册护士至护理学学士衔接课程、护理教育硕士（MSN）、工商管理学士与工商管理硕士。

Angeles College Becomes Angeles University, Relocates Main Campus to Glendale: City of Industry Branch Continues
GLENDALE, California — Angeles University, a private nursing and business university serving Southern California, announced on October 26 that it has attained university status. Formerly Angeles College, the institution has also relocated its Los Angeles campus to Glendale, which now serves as its main campus, while a branch campus continues to operate in the City of Industry.
Angeles University was founded in 2004 as Angeles College of Nursing by John Krause, to meet demand for qualified health professionals, and received approval to operate from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education in 2005. Its programmes include Vocational Nursing, Nurse Assistant, Medical Assistant, BSN, RN to BSN Bridge, MSN in Nursing Education, BA in Business Administration and MBA.
The university holds institutional accreditation from ABHES, and its RN to BSN and BSN programmes hold CCNE accreditation. The university says it is dedicated to contributing to the health care community of Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
