Austin — RetailMeNot, the Austin-based coupons and cash-back platform, announced on October 22 the launch of its 20th anniversary celebration: five days of exclusive deals and cash-back offers from October 22 to 26, with $20,000 in prizes and payouts. The celebration includes $20 payouts for select top users, bonuses for the first 100 consumers who download the RetailMeNot Rewards app during the event, and the return of the "Someone Deserves This" giveaway, which will award 15 winners $500 each in e-gift cards toward everyday expenses and family needs.
Chief Commercial Officer Magali Darling noted that the company launched 20 years ago with roughly 1,000 coupon codes and has surfaced nearly 400,000 unique offers in 2026 to date; its cash-back offers have facilitated $1.9 billion in retailer sales, with more than $110 million in cash back paid to consumers. RetailMeNot is part of Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD), whose shopping portfolio also includes Offers.com and BlackFriday.com.
