亚利桑那州：Yuma 县高等法院法官空缺开放申请 11月13日截止
亚利桑那州州长委员会与委员会办公室（Office of Boards and Commissions）近日公告，Yuma 县高等法院出现法官空缺，州长办公室现正接受申请。该空缺因法官 Mark Wayne Reeves 退休产生，新法官将由州长 Katie Hobbs 依据州宪法第六条第12款任命。
公告列明的资格要求包括：申请人须年满30岁、未满65岁，品行良好，已在亚利桑那州执业律师满五年、为该州居民满五年，并为 Yuma 县居民满一年。申请须在2026年11月13日下午5时前，通过州长委员会办公室网站提交完整的司法空缺申请表及附件。

Arizona: Applications Open for Yuma County Superior Court Vacancy, Deadline November 13
The Arizona Governor's Office of Boards and Commissions has announced a judicial vacancy on the Superior Court in Yuma County, and the Governor's Office is accepting applications. The vacancy results from the retirement of Judge Mark Wayne Reeves, and Governor Katie Hobbs will appoint the new judge under Article VI, Section 12 of the Arizona Constitution.
Applicants must be at least 30 years of age and less than 65, of good moral character, admitted to the practice of law in Arizona for the past five years, a resident of Arizona for the past five years, and a resident of Yuma County for the past year. Completed applications and attachments are due through the Boards and Commissions website by 5:00 p.m. on November 13, 2026.
The Governor's Office will review applications and interview selected applicants. Initial interviews with the governor's staff will be open to the public, with times and locations to be posted on the office's website.
