Menifee Street Sealing Under Way Across Several Neighborhoods This Week: Temporary No-Parking in Heritage Lakes as Encanto Road Work Runs Through December
MENIFEE, California — The City of Menifee, in Riverside County, California, posted a street-project update on October 16: during the week of October 19, crews will carry out sealing operations in the Heritage Lakes, Sun City, Newport Hills II and Centennial Park neighborhoods and around Corson Avenue and Evans Road, with temporary no-parking signs posted on work streets.
Separately, underground and street work on Encanto Road, between Rouse Road and McLaughlin Road, and on Valley Boulevard, between Goetz Road and Thorton Road, continues through December 2026, with new traffic patterns and possible delays.
