Hemet 市议会初读通过第2084号条例：物流仓储项目改行分级审批并新增消防安全要求

Hemet Council Introduces Ordinance 2084: Tiered Approvals and New Fire-Safety Plan Requirement for Logistics and Warehouse Projects
HEMET, California — The City Council of Hemet, in Riverside County, California, introduced Ordinance 2084 on October 14, a zoning amendment for logistics and warehouse projects that creates a tiered approval system and new operational standards. During deliberations, the council removed cold storage from the ordinance and added a requirement for a fire and life-safety plan.
Under the tiered system, approvals are scaled to a project's size and impact, while the operational standards govern day-to-day requirements for warehouse facilities. Having been introduced, the ordinance proceeds through the remaining readings and effective-date steps; the council's meeting record sets out the main elements of the amendment.
