爱荷华州人事两则：州长任命地区副法官、国民警卫队副司令宣布退休
爱荷华州州长 Kim Reynolds 10 月 21 日公布两项人事消息。
其一，Reynolds 任命 Paul Aitken 为第七司法区地区副法官（District Associate Judge)。其二，Reynolds 与爱荷华州国民警卫队共同宣布，国民警卫队副司令 Stephen Osborn 少将将退休，2027 年 1 月 16 日生效。Osborn 于 2023 年 3 月出任爱荷华州国民警卫队第 52 任副司令，军旅生涯约 40 年。州长办公室表示，其继任人选的遴选工作将展开。
两项消息均由爱荷华州州长办公室 10 月 21 日发布。
Iowa: Governor Appoints District Associate Judge; National Guard Adjutant General to Retire
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced two personnel items on October 21.
First, Reynolds appointed Paul Aitken as a District Associate Judge in Judicial District 7. Second, Reynolds and the Iowa National Guard announced that Maj. Gen. Stephen Osborn, the Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard, will retire effective January 16, 2027. Osborn became the 52nd Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard in March 2023 and has served in uniform for about 40 years. The governor's office said a search for his successor will begin.
Both announcements were issued by the Office of the Governor of Iowa on October 21.
