国土安全部公布新一批 ICE 逮捕名单：含洛杉矶持枪袭击定罪者
美国国土安全部（DHS）10月21日发布，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）前一日在全美多地逮捕一批有严重犯罪定罪的非法居留者，国土安全部称其为「最恶劣」（worst of the worst）名单。
本批名单包括：萨尔瓦多籍 Carlos Orozco-Rodriguez，在纽约州 Riverhead 因强奸被定罪；危地马拉籍 Wilson Rene Ixpanel-Aguilar，在加州洛杉矶（Los Angeles）因持枪袭击被定罪；危地马拉籍 Dennis Solares-Garcia，在 Utah 州 Washington County 因袭击、脱逃羁押与袭击执法人员被定罪；墨西哥籍 Bernabe Catalan-Rayo，在 Oklahoma 州 Pittsburg County 因持有受管制药物意图分销被定罪；墨西哥籍 Francisco Salazar-Arriaga，在德克萨斯州 Sherman 因三项酒后驾驶与持有受管制物质被定罪。
国土安全部长 Markwayne Mullin 表示，ICE 人员每天都在各地逮捕有犯罪记录的非法居留者，执法人员面对威胁仍持续执行逮捕与移除工作，国土安全部将持续把美国人民的安全放在首位。

DHS Releases New ICE 'Worst of the Worst' Arrests: List Includes Los Angeles Firearm Assault Conviction
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on October 21 that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had arrested another group of criminal illegal aliens across the country the day before, in what the department calls its 'worst of the worst' arrests.
Those arrested include Carlos Orozco-Rodriguez, from El Salvador, convicted of rape in Riverhead, New York; Wilson Rene Ixpanel-Aguilar, from Guatemala, convicted of assault with a firearm in Los Angeles, California; Dennis Solares-Garcia, from Guatemala, convicted of assault, escape from custody, and assaulting an officer in Washington County, Utah; Bernabe Catalan-Rayo, from Mexico, convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and Francisco Salazar-Arriaga, from Mexico, convicted of three counts of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance in Sherman, Texas.
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said ICE officers are arresting criminal illegal aliens every day at a historic pace, and that officers continue the work despite facing threats, adding that the department will always put the safety of the American people first.
DHS said members of the public can see more arrestees on its dedicated webpage.
