华埠公园"周四夜出"系列本周四收官 麻将乒乓与市集点亮华埠之夜
位于华盛顿特区的华埠，位于华盛顿特区华埠的华埠公园（ChinatownPark）本月推出的"周四夜出"（Thursday NightOut）系列活动将于本周四（10月22日）迎来收官场。该系列由亚裔社区艺术团体SAMASAMA与市中心特区改进区（DowntownDCBID）合作呈现，10月8日、15日、22日连续三个周四晚间5时30分至8时30分在华埠公园举行，免费向公众开放。
活动每期轮换本地手作摊主，现场有音乐、艺术、美食与游戏，设有麻将与乒乓球等互动项目，让居民与游客在华埠地标友谊牌坊旁的公园里以轻松方式相聚；到场者还可登记抽奖，赢取10月30日在Lucky Danger餐厅举行的"华埠放克快车XII：万圣节版"（Chinatown Funk ExpressXII）门票一对。华埠公园位于西北区第6街与I街交口，搭乘地铁红线、绿线或黄线至画廊坊—华埠站即可抵达。
主办方表示，希望这一中周系列能成为社区的新传统，也为华埠的餐饮与小商家带来晚间人气；居民可任选一场参加，也可三场全到，在秋夜里感受华埠的市集氛围与多元文化活力。
'Thursday Night Out' at Chinatown Park Closes October 22: Mahjong, Ping-Pong and a Night Market in DC's Chinatown
In Washington, DC, the Thursday Night Out series at Chinatown Park in Washington, presented by SAMASAMA, concludes on Thursday, October 22, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The free three-week series, held October 8, 15 and 22, features local makers, music, art, food and games — including mahjong and table tennis — at Chinatown Park at 6th and I Streets NW, according to the DowntownDC BID.
Attendees can also enter a drawing for tickets to Chinatown Funk Express XII, set for October 30 at Lucky Danger. DowntownDC BID lists the event as free and open to the public.
