佐治亚州长选战最新民调：杰克逊46%对博托姆斯45%基本打成平手独立选民成关键

Georgia Governor's Race a Statistical Tie in Latest Polls: Jackson 46%, Bottoms 45%, Independents the Key
With two weeks to go before the November 3 election, two new polls of Georgia's governor's race both show a dead heat. An Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll released October 20 has Republican Rick Jackson leading Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms 46% to 45%, with a margin of error of 3.1 points and 8% undecided — effectively tied.
Among independents, Bottoms leads 43% to 38%. The poll also found Democratic voters more enthusiastic: 68% say they are "very enthusiastic," versus 48% of Republicans.
A Quantus poll of 755 likely voters conducted October 15 to 17 produced a similar result: Jackson 48.2%, Bottoms 46.6%. Bottoms runs stronger among women, in metro Atlanta and among independents, while Jackson leads among men and in the suburbs; among Black voters, Bottoms leads by a wide 82% to 10%.
Since Jackson narrowly won the June Republican primary runoff against Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones, the governor's race has been close all summer, and the early-October debate did not obviously change it. The Senate race looks different: the same Quantus poll has Senator Jon Ossoff leading Republican Mike Collins 51.8% to 44.9%, a margin of nearly seven points.
President Trump will visit Georgia again this weekend to campaign for Jackson and Collins; Barack Obama and Kamala Harris will come to the Peach State next week for Ossoff and Bottoms. Early voting in Georgia has begun and runs through October 30, with Election Day on November 3.
