堪萨斯州 Frontenac 幼儿学习中心启用：州长剪彩，新增200个托育名额
堪萨斯州州长 Laura Kelly 10月19日在该州东南部 Crawford County 的 Frontenac 市，与食品企业 SugarCreek Packing Co.、市长 Steve Morrison 及 Crawford County 县委员共同为新落成的 Frontenac 社区幼儿学习中心（Frontenac Community Early Learning Center）剪彩启用。
新中心为当地新增200个托育名额，服务 SugarCreek Packing Co. 的员工家庭与 Frontenac 社区家庭。幼儿托育供给是堪萨斯州近年持续推进的政策方向：州长 Kelly 任内设立了州幼儿办公室，整合原本分散在多个州机构的幼儿服务，并推动扩大各地的托育名额。
Kansas Governor Cuts Ribbon on Frontenac Early Learning Center: 200 New Child Care Slots
Kansas Governor Laura Kelly on October 19 joined SugarCreek Packing Co., Mayor Steve Morrison, and Crawford County Commissioners in Frontenac, in Crawford County in southeast Kansas, to cut the ribbon on the new Frontenac Community Early Learning Center.
The center adds 200 child care slots for SugarCreek employees and families in the community. Expanding child care supply has been a continuing policy direction in Kansas: Governor Kelly's administration created a state Office of Early Childhood consolidating early childhood services previously spread across multiple agencies, and has pushed to add child care capacity across the state.
