国土安全部公布新一批 ICE 逮捕名单：含 Fresno 儿童性虐待定罪者
美国国土安全部（DHS）10月20日发布，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）前一日在全美多地逮捕一批有严重犯罪定罪的非法居留者，国土安全部称其为「最恶劣」（worst of the worst）名单。
本批名单包括：老挝籍 Vong Vongviset，在加州 Fresno 被捕，曾因持续性虐待16岁以下儿童被定罪；多米尼加籍 Jhostin Richard Abreu-Concepcion，在 Utah 州 Rich County 因加重攻击被定罪；洪都拉斯籍 Bayron David Oviedo-Diaz，在 Maryland 州 Ocean City 因二级攻击被定罪；墨西哥籍 Juan Hernandez-Ortiz，在加州 Garden Grove 因持有受管制药物被定罪；墨西哥籍 Mario Mondragon，在 New Jersey 州 Long Branch 因危害儿童福利被定罪。
国土安全部长 Markwayne Mullin 表示，ICE 人员每天都在各地逮捕对社区构成威胁的犯罪非法居留者，在特朗普总统任内将持续执行逮捕与移除。国土安全部称，更多被捕人员名单公布在其 WOW.DHS.Gov 页面。
DHS Releases New ICE 'Worst of the Worst' Arrests: List Includes Fresno Child Sex Abuse Conviction
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on October 20 that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had arrested another group of criminal illegal aliens across the country the day before, in what the department calls its 'worst of the worst' arrests.
Those arrested include Vong Vongviset, from Laos, arrested in Fresno, California, who was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 16; Jhostin Richard Abreu-Concepcion, from the Dominican Republic, convicted of aggravated assault in Rich County, Utah; Bayron David Oviedo-Diaz, from Honduras, convicted of second-degree assault in Ocean City, Maryland; Juan Hernandez-Ortiz, from Mexico, convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Garden Grove, California; and Mario Mondragon, from Mexico, convicted of endangering the welfare of a child in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said ICE officers work around the clock to arrest criminal illegal aliens who threaten communities and that, under President Trump, the department will continue arrests and removals. DHS said more of those arrested can be seen on its WOW.DHS.Gov webpage.
