West Hollywood 市一年一度的万圣节嘉年华（Halloween Carnaval）将于10月31日（周六）晚6时至11时举行，场地为 Santa Monica Boulevard 的 North Doheny Drive 至 North La Cienega Boulevard 路段，免费开放。据 Visit West Hollywood 介绍，该活动吸引超过10万名装扮者，被视为全球规模最大的万圣节活动之一。
市府提示，该活动以成人为主，不建议带儿童与宠物前往，且现场不允许携带背包。周边道路封闭与交通安排以 West Hollywood 市府公布为准。
West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval Returns Oct. 31, Free Street Party From 6 to 11 p.m.
The City of West Hollywood's annual Halloween Carnaval takes place on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 6 to 11 p.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard between North Doheny Drive and North La Cienega Boulevard, free to attend. Visit West Hollywood says the event draws more than 100,000 costumed revelers and is recognized as one of the largest Halloween events in the world.
The city notes the event is adult-oriented and discourages bringing children and pets, and backpacks are not allowed. Road closures and transit details are posted by the city.
