Mercado La Paloma in Los Angeles hosts a Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) festival on Sunday, Oct. 25 starting at 12 p.m., free to attend, at 3655 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90007.
Mercado La Paloma is a community marketplace and cultural venue in South Los Angeles home to small merchants and food stalls. Dia de los Muertos is the Mexican tradition honoring the dead, and community celebrations typically feature altar (ofrenda) displays, music and family activities.
