农业部食品安全检验局2027年扩围：即食熟食肉工厂将例行做李斯特菌环境拭子采样
华盛顿——美国农业部食品安全检验局（FSIS）宣布，将把即食肉制品工厂的李斯特菌环境采样试点扩展至全国：自2027年1月至3月，在该局全部九个区分阶段推行。新计划要求检查员在采集即食产品样本的同时，例行采集四份环境拭子——两份来自接触食品的表面、两份来自非接触表面——检测单核细胞增生李斯特菌及其他李斯特菌属；一旦检出致病菌，FSIS 将进行全基因组测序，并与报告病例及历史结果比对。

USDA's FSIS to Expand Listeria Surface Swabbing at Ready-to-Eat Meat Plants Nationwide in 2027
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will expand nationwide a program adding environmental sampling for Listeria at ready-to-eat (RTE) meat establishments, with a phased rollout across all nine FSIS districts from January through March 2027. Under the program, inspectors collecting routine RTE product samples will also take four environmental swabs — two from food-contact surfaces and two from non-food-contact surfaces — each analyzed for Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species; if L. monocytogenes is found, FSIS will perform whole genome sequencing and compare results with reported illnesses and past findings.
Environmental sampling was previously done mostly by specialized FSIS personnel at irregular intervals; the pilot ran in the Alameda, Chicago, and Raleigh districts. The expansion is part of a series of FSIS changes following the deadly 2024 Listeria outbreak traced to Boar's Head deli meat. "Broader sampling and more data ultimately means safer food," FSIS said. The program applies to FSIS-inspected plants making products such as deli meats and hot dogs, not to grocery store deli counters.
