康州公布2026上半年犯罪报告：重罪整体下降 凶杀案同比上升
康涅狄格州紧急服务与公共保护部（DESPP）10月17日发布《2026年上半年康涅狄格犯罪报告》。数据显示，2026年前两个季度该州多项严重犯罪呈下降趋势：针对人身的犯罪下降11.4%，其中严重袭击下降16.1%、刑事性接触下降8.9%；针对财产的犯罪下降11.4%，其中抢劫下降20.6%、挪用公款下降32.2%；针对社会的犯罪下降8.6%，其中违反武器法下降19.7%、毒品犯罪下降4.5%。不过凶杀案出现反弹：上半年共记录37起谋杀或过失杀人致死案件，高于2025年同期的31起；绑架/劫持类案件也有所上升。DESPP 局长 Ronnell Higgins 表示：“我们致力于与地方执法部门分享最新数据，共同努力让康涅狄格继续成为全美最安全的州之一；同时这些数据也告诉我们哪里还有工作要做。”该部门首席数据官 Michael Mascari 表示，按季度公开报告旨在既展示成效、也指出短板。
Connecticut Releases First-Half 2026 Crime Report: Major Crime Down Overall, Homicides Up
The Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) released its crime report for the first half of 2026 on Oct. 17. The data show broad declines across major categories in the first two quarters: crimes against persons fell 11.4%, including aggravated assault down 16.1% and criminal sexual contact down 8.9%; property crimes fell 11.4%, with robbery down 20.6% and embezzlement down 32.2%; and crimes against society fell 8.6%, with weapons-law violations down 19.7% and drug offenses down 4.5%. Homicides, however, rose: 37 murder or manslaughter cases were recorded in the first half, up from 31 in the same period of 2025, and kidnapping/abduction cases also increased. “We are committed to sharing the latest data with local law enforcement and working together to keep Connecticut one of the safest states in the nation; the data also tell us where more work is needed,” said DESPP Commissioner Ronnell Higgins. Chief Data Officer Michael Mascari said the quarterly reports are meant to show both progress and shortcomings.
