明尼苏达荒野队今晚主场举办「冰球抗癌之夜」
国家冰球联盟（NHL）明尼苏达荒野队宣布，将于10月18日（周日）在圣保罗主场举办"冰球抗癌之夜"（Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night），由Regions Hospital冠名赞助。球队将在当晚5点迎战哥伦布蓝衣队，比赛通过Wild+和KFAN FM 100.3播出。
据球队官方公告，当晚比赛的多个环节都将融入抗癌主题：癌症患者、康复者与抗癌慈善机构将贯穿全场；到场球迷被鼓励身着薰衣草紫色以示支持。球队推出特别票务套餐，含荒野队/抗癌主题卫衣及赛后在中圈的集体合影，部分票款捐赠给Crescent Cove机构。
此外，荒野队基金会将在104区发售35美元的"神秘冰球"，所得款项全部用于基金会公益项目；球迷还可领取"我为谁而战"（I Fight For）标语牌，在第二节指定时段举牌致意。本场比赛的荣誉掌旗手是德文·帕什凯维奇，其弟韦斯顿是荒野队"许愿基金"受助者，上赛季因癌症去世。
Minnesota Wild to Host Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night at Home Tonight
The NHL's Minnesota Wild announced they will host Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night, presented by Regions Hospital, at home in St. Paul on Sunday, Oct. 18. The team hosts the Columbus Blue Jackets at 5 p.m., with the game carried on Wild+ and KFAN FM 100.3.
According to the team, cancer themes will run through the night: cancer patients, survivors and anti-cancer charities will be featured throughout the game, and fans are encouraged to wear lavender in support. A special ticket package includes a Wild/Hockey Fights Cancer hoodie and a postgame group photo at center ice, with part of the proceeds donated to Crescent Cove.
The Wild Foundation will also sell $35 "mystery pucks" in Section 104, with all proceeds going to the foundation's charitable programs; fans can pick up "I Fight For" placards to hold up during a designated moment in the second period. The night's honorary flag bearer is Devin Paschkevich, whose younger brother Weston, a Wild Make-A-Wish recipient, died of cancer last season.
