爱荷华州交通部今晚起封闭得梅因西郊I-80西行路段
爱荷华州交通部宣布，自10月18日（周日）晚8点30分起至次日凌晨5点，将封闭得梅因西郊的西行I-80进行夜间施工（天气条件允许情况下进行）。此后10月27日（周二）晚起，西行I-80还将再封闭三个夜晚，直至10月30日（周五）早晨结束。
封闭范围包括西南立交（Southwest Mixmaster）西行上匝道、60街（122号出口）与乔丹溪公园大道（121号出口）的西行上匝道，施工内容为路基整修与混凝土路面作业。交通部提醒，即使主线车道重新开放后，西行上匝道仍将保持关闭状态。
绕行方案：司机可沿标识绕行路线，经大学大道（University Avenue）与大草原公园大道（Grand Prairie Parkway）绕行后，重新汇入西行I-80。交通部建议途经该路段的司机提前规划行程，夜间出行注意施工标识、减速慢行。
Iowa DOT to Close Westbound I-80 in Des Moines' Western Suburbs Starting Tonight
The Iowa Department of Transportation announced that westbound I-80 in the western suburbs of Des Moines will close for nighttime construction from 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18 until 5 a.m. the next morning, weather permitting. Westbound I-80 will then close for three more nights starting the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 27, through the morning of Friday, Oct. 30.
The closure covers the westbound on-ramps at the Southwest Mixmaster, 60th Street (Exit 122) and Jordan Creek Parkway (Exit 121), for subgrade repairs and concrete pavement work. The DOT reminded drivers that the westbound on-ramps will remain closed even after the mainline lanes reopen.
Signed detours will route drivers via University Avenue and Grand Prairie Parkway back to westbound I-80. The DOT advises drivers who use the corridor to plan ahead, watch construction signage at night and slow down through the work zone.
