华盛顿特区 Connecticut 大道凌晨两起枪击 3人中枪1人身亡 警方称暂无关联
华盛顿——据华盛顿特区大都会警察局（MPD）通报，10月18日（周日）凌晨，Connecticut 大道西北段发生两起独立枪击案，共3人中枪、1人身亡。
第一起约凌晨2点55分，发生在 Connecticut 大道西北1700号街区，一名成年男子中枪，伤势无生命危险。第二起约凌晨3点，发生在1200号街区，一男一女中枪，男子当场身亡，女子送医、伤势无生命危险。
凶案组已接手调查，嫌疑人初步描述为一名身穿深色衣物的男性，目前无人被捕。警方表示，目前没有证据显示两起案件有关联。警方呼吁知情者拨打202-727-9099或发送短信至50411提供线索。（GSM 据 MPD 通报、PoPville 报道）
Two Early-Morning Shootings on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C.: Three Shot, One Killed; Police See No Link So Far
WASHINGTON — Two separate shootings on Connecticut Avenue, Northwest, in the early hours of Sunday, October 18, left three people shot and one dead, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said.
At approximately 2:55 a.m., Second District officers responded to the 1700 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest, and located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound; he was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. At approximately 3:00 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block, where they located an adult male and an adult female with gunshot wounds. The male was pronounced dead on scene; the female was transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Homicide Branch is leading the investigation. The preliminary suspect description is a male wearing all dark-colored clothing. MPD said there is no evidence to suggest the two incidents are connected, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
