第八届Doors Open Riverside10月24日举行 19处历史建筑免费开放 多处平日不对外开放

8th Doors Open Riverside Set for Oct. 24: 19 Historic Sites Open Free to the Public
RIVERSIDE — Riverside is a city in Riverside County, California. The 8th annual Doors Open Riverside takes place Saturday, October 24, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with free admission. The event is presented by the City of Riverside together with the Riverside Downtown Partnership and the Mission Inn Museum and Foundation. Organizers list 19 participating sites, including historic buildings that are not normally open to the public.
An information center will be set up at the Mission Inn Foundation & Museum, 3598 Main St, where visitors can pick up event materials and a free souvenir while supplies last; site tours are conducted in English.
Doors Open is Riverside's annual open-house celebration of its historic architecture, now in its eighth year, with sites concentrated downtown around the Mission Inn. The city's event page lists the hours as 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on October 24, with admission free throughout.
