宾州Butler County男子被控为ISIS恐袭接收枪支弹药 联邦大陪审团提起起诉
美国司法部宾夕法尼亚西区联邦检察官办公室10月6日宣布，联邦大陪审团已对Butler County的Valencia居民Jonathan Hunter Kramer（21岁）提起一项起诉，指控他在2026年9月12日前后接收枪支与弹药，且明知其将用于实施恐怖主义行为、为恐怖组织「伊斯兰国」（ISIS）提供支持。
检方表示，Kramer此前已先行被以刑事诉状指控，目前仍在押候审。若罪名成立，他最高面临15年联邦监禁及25万美元罚款；实际量刑将由法院依据联邦量刑指南等因素裁定。

Butler County Man Indicted for Receiving Firearm and Ammunition Intended for ISIS Terrorist Attack
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania announced on October 6 that a federal grand jury has indicted Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Valencia, Butler County, on one count of receiving a firearm and ammunition on or about September 12, 2026, knowing they were intended to be used in a terrorist attack and to provide support to the terrorist organization ISIS.
Prosecutors said Kramer had previously been charged by criminal complaint and remains in custody. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000; any actual sentence would be determined by the court under the federal sentencing guidelines and other statutory factors.
