Smorgasburg LA Marks Diwali Today With a Festival of Bites at ROW DTLA
Los Angeles is a city in Los Angeles County, California. Smorgasburg LA hosts a Diwali Festival of Bites today, Sunday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at ROW DTLA, 777 S Alameda St in Los Angeles, with free admission.
One of the city's largest weekly open-air food markets, Smorgasburg LA brings dozens of local vendors to ROW DTLA every Sunday. Today's Diwali edition adds guest Indian food stalls alongside the regular lineup, plus live music and dance performances.
Diwali, the festival of lights observed by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs, falls around October 20 this year, and celebrations are rolling out across Southern California this weekend. The Smorgasburg event is among those open to the public free of charge.
The market runs during regular Sunday hours; food is purchased from individual vendors, and ROW DTLA offers on-site parking with Metro service nearby.
