San Diego County政府现正接受2027—2028年度社区发展整笔拨款（CDBG）申请，截止时间为10月30日下午3点。该联邦拨款用于资助公共设施、基础设施、可负担住房的购置与保留、社区环境改善，以及有限度的公共服务，实施范围为San Diego County非建制地区。
县政府表示，获资助项目必须惠及中低收入居民，并符合联邦住房与城市发展部（HUD）的规定及该县《五年综合计划》的目标。申请资格限于公共机构与免税非营利组织，项目由县住房与社区发展服务局负责管理。
科罗纳多、Del Mar、帝国海滩、莱蒙格罗夫、Poway与索拉纳海滩等市的申请人，需改向各自市政府的住房部门提出申请。

San Diego County Opens 2027-28 Community Development Block Grant Applications; Deadline Oct. 30
San Diego County is accepting applications for 2027-2028 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding until 3 p.m. on October 30, 2026. The federal funds support public facilities, infrastructure, affordable housing acquisition and preservation, neighborhood enhancement, and limited public services in the county's unincorporated area.
The county said funded projects must benefit low- and moderate-income residents and meet U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rules and the goals of the county's Five-Year Consolidated Plan. Only public entities and tax-exempt nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply, and the program is administered by the county's Housing and Community Development Services department.
Applicants in Coronado, Del Mar, Imperial Beach, Lemon Grove, Poway and Solana Beach apply through their own city housing departments.
