Nanox Sees Q3 Preliminary Revenue of $4.3–4.4 Million as SI and Software Revenue Jumps to $1.0 Million
PETACH TIKVA, Israel — Nano-X Imaging Ltd (Nasdaq: NNOX), known as Nanox, on October 16 provided a business update and furnished preliminary unaudited financial data for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 via GlobeNewswire. The company expects revenue of approximately $4.3 million to $4.4 million for the quarter, compared with $3.4 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
By segment, teleradiology services revenue was approximately $3.1 million, flat versus a year earlier. Revenue from the sale and deployment of imaging systems and OEM services was approximately $0.3 million, up from $0.2 million, mainly related to an additional Nanox.ARC CapEx agreement. Revenue from SI and software solutions was $1.0 million, compared with $0.1 million a year earlier, mainly reflecting the consolidation of Vaso Healthcare IT Inc., now Nanox Health IT Inc. Cash, cash equivalents, short-term deposits and long-term restricted deposits totaled approximately $26.0 million as of September 30, 2026, compared with $60.0 million at December 31, 2025. The company said its cash and deposits are not sufficient to support operations under current plans for at least one year, raising substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
On the business side, Nanox.SI entered into a distribution agreement with Technologic s.r.l., an affiliate of Tecnologie Avanzate, to commercialize Nanox.SI's Bone Solution in Italy. The company's Nanox.ARC X was also selected as one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2026.
