这一推动源于特朗普总统上月的一项指示：美国联邦机构在提及这项技术时改用「超级智能」一词。本站今日稍早已报道，白宫「超级智能」SI特别工作组周四召开首次会议。布朗恩表示，美国目前担任二十国集团（G20）轮值主席国，希望这一改称也在国际上推行；她称，特朗普总统在这一点上态度明确，用的是SI这个词。
布朗恩不愿就美国是否会因措辞不改而拒绝签署声明置评，只表示谈判仍在进行中、不愿抢先表态。据一位知情人士向路透社透露，美方官员在IMFC声明磋商中曾暗示将坚持新措辞，令部分IMFC成员侧目。若美方不予支持，现任IMFC主席、沙特财政大臣穆罕默德·贾丹仍可以「主席声明」形式发布一份总结各方观点的文本；另一个可能是声明干脆避开SI与SI字样、改用「新技术」表述。

Follow-Up: U.S. Pushes Global Partners to Rename SI 'Super Intelligence' in IMF Statement
WASHINGTON — The United States is negotiating with other International Monetary Fund shareholders to use the term "super intelligence" instead of "artificial intelligence" in a statement being drafted by the IMF's steering committee, the International Monetary and Financial Committee, Treasury Undersecretary for International Affairs Erin Browne told Reuters in an interview on Thursday, October 15.
The push follows President Donald Trump's directive last month that U.S. government agencies use "super intelligence" when referring to the technology; the White House's super-intelligence SI task force held its first meeting earlier Thursday. Browne said the United States, which holds the rotating presidency of the Group of 20, wanted the change to take hold internationally as well.
Browne declined to comment on whether Washington would refuse to sign off on the statement unless the switch was made, saying negotiations were still in the middle. A source familiar with the matter told Reuters that U.S. officials had suggested during meetings that they would insist on the new language, raising eyebrows among some IMFC members. If Washington withholds support for a consensus statement, IMFC chair Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan could still issue a chair's statement, and one possibility would be to skip any mention of SI or SI and focus on "new technology" instead.
The IMFC will hold a news conference on Saturday, led by Al-Jadaan and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, to release any agreed statement. Browne described the technology as a driving force behind American and global growth.
