Denver — Week 6 of the NFL season opens tonight, October 15, as the Seattle Seahawks visit the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET, with the game streaming on Prime Video.
Both teams enter at 3-2. Seattle lost by three points at home to the San Francisco 49ers last week, while Denver edged its division rival, the Los Angeles Chargers, and remains unbeaten at home this season. The teams also met in the second week of the preseason.
The matchup is a rematch of Super Bowl XLVIII, which Seattle won in a rout. Both clubs will wear throwback uniforms tonight: the Seahawks in their 1990s royal blue and the Broncos in their 1977 classics.
The sideline duel between Seattle's Mike Macdonald and Denver's Sean Payton headlines the night. With identical records and both teams chasing division leaders — Seattle in the NFC West, Denver in the AFC West — the cross-conference result will bear directly on the standings.
