MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon's 'Return Education to the States' tour stopped in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she visited local schools and held a roundtable with parents and teachers, promoting school choice and reduced federal bureaucracy.
'Education works best when decisions are made closest to the child. New Hampshire is leading the way in giving families choices and putting students first,' McMahon said. The department said the tour will continue to other states in the coming weeks.
