【德州西莱克讯】嘉信理财（Charles Schwab，纽交所代码：SCHW）10月15日发布 2026 年第三季度财报：当季净收入 29.06 亿美元，按一般公认会计准则（GAAP）计算的每股收益为 1.62 美元，同比增长 29%；经调整每股收益为 1.69 美元。当季净营收 71.71 亿美元，同比增长 17%，创公司单季纪录。
【客户资产】财报显示，嘉信理财第三季度核心净新增资产达创纪录的 1,904 亿美元，同比增长 38%，年化增速为 5.8%；当季新开经纪账户 120 万个；季末客户总资产达 13.33 万亿美元，同比增长 15%。当季日均交易量为 1,070 万笔，同比增长 44%。
首席执行官 Rick Wurster 在公司声明中表示，公司当季在 10 项主要产品与服务类别中有 8 项创下新纪录；公司当季还回购了 3,090 万股普通股，合计约 29 亿美元。

Charles Schwab Q3 Net Income Climbs to $2.91 Billion as Client Assets Reach $13.33 Trillion
Westlake, Texas — The Charles Schwab Corporation (NYSE: SCHW) reported third-quarter results on October 15: net income of $2.906 billion, with GAAP earnings of $1.62 per share, up 29% from a year earlier, and adjusted earnings of $1.69 per share. Net revenues rose 17% to a quarterly record $7.171 billion.
Core net new assets reached a record $190.4 billion, up 38% year over year, an annualized growth rate of 5.8%. Schwab opened 1.2 million new brokerage accounts during the quarter, and total client assets ended the period at $13.33 trillion, up 15%. Daily average trades rose 44% to 10.7 million.
Chief Executive Officer Rick Wurster said in the company's statement that Schwab set new records in eight of its ten primary product and service categories during the quarter. The company also repurchased 30.9 million shares of common stock for about $2.9 billion.
Chief Financial Officer Mike Verdeschi said record revenues were driven by sustained net new asset inflows, higher market valuations and robust trading, and that the firm has now delivered positive operating leverage for 12 consecutive quarters.
