加州州务卿韦伯呼吁选民提前投票：邮寄选票已寄出 选票投递箱全面开放
加州州务卿雪莉·韦伯（Shirley Weber）10月1日发表声明，呼吁全州登记选民为11月3日全州大选提前规划、尽早投票。面向大选的邮寄选票已寄给全体活跃登记选民，全州各县的官方选票投递箱即日起开放使用。
选民投票有三种方式：把填好的邮寄选票投进官方投递箱；寄回选票——须在选举日当天或之前盖上邮戳、并在11月10日之前送达县选举办公室；或亲赴投票站投票。选民可通过「我的选票在哪里」（Where's My Ballot）系统追踪选票的寄出、接收与计票状态。
提前亲自投票的地点与开放时间由各县公布。选举日当天，全州投票站于上午7时开放、晚8时关闭；晚8时仍在排队的选民仍可投票。
尚未登记的选民须在10月19日登记截止日前完成登记；错过截止日期的人仍可前往县选举办公室或投票站办理有条件登记，并投下临时选票，待登记资格核实后计入。

Secretary of State Weber Urges Californians to Vote Early as Ballots Go Out Statewide
California Secretary of State Shirley Weber urged registered voters on October 1 to plan ahead and vote early in the November 3 statewide election. Vote-by-mail ballots have been sent to all active registered voters, and official ballot drop boxes are now open across the state.
Voters can return ballots by drop box, by mail — postmarked on or before Election Day and received by November 10 — or in person. The state's Where's My Ballot system lets voters track when their ballot is mailed, received and counted.
Early in-person voting locations and hours are set by each county. On Election Day, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and voters in line at 8 p.m. may still vote.
Californians who are not yet registered must register by the October 19 deadline; those who miss it can still use conditional (same-day) registration at a county elections office or vote center and cast a provisional ballot that is counted once eligibility is verified.
